Job Summary

The Center for Community Outreach and Applied Research is accepting applications for a Temporary Data Integrity Coordinator.

The Center for Community Outreach oversees and carries out service grants for various State or Local Workforce Board organizations. Each grant is specific to the work being performed; therefore, this clerical/support position will serve a particular grant within the department where there is a need. Duties may include but are not limited to communicating with grant participants, serving as data input or compiler, communicating with internal employees within the specific grant or with external grant partners to ensure 100% consistency with data input, communicating with community vendors to provide support services to individuals, document program compliance for grant recipients, or operating client transportation payment systems by working with the Center’s QuickBooks data entry system.

Positions will be home-based across TN and may require limited travel. The applicant must reside inside the state of Tennessee to be considered. 

This temporary position has the potential to transition into a full-time regular position based on performance, funding availability, and departmental needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Computer and technology skills.

 Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of the Tennessee Department of Human Services, American Job Center System, or other government programs.
