As a Enforcement Authorities Cooperation Specialist (Mid-level) you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznań.
We are looking for a candidate to join the team responsible for handling enforcement cases and cooperation with public authorities. This role is a great opportunity for individuals with operational or administrative experience who want to develop in the area of debt enforcement and regulatory processes. We provide onboarding and strong team support to help you build the required expertise.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Prepare responses to inquiries from enforcement authorities in line with legal requirements and internal procedures
- Collect and provide information to authorities and merchants
- Verify basic formal aspects of incoming requests
- Handle account seizures (blocking funds and processing payouts)
- Support clarification processes related to cases initiated by debtors or authorities
- Maintain registers of seizures and correspondence, and update case statuses
- Identify and report issues related to merchant accounts
- Collaborate with other operational teams
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest enhancements

Essential Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or customer service
- Basic understanding of enforcement processes or willingness to learn
- Ability to analyze documents and work with data
- Experience working with systems (e.g., back-office tools, CRM, transactional systems)
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accountability in handling documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a regulatory environment
Proactive attitude and openness to improving processes
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with official or legal documents
- Basic knowledge of legal regulations (e.g., civil procedure, GDPR, payment services)
- Experience handling more complex cases or complaints
