Construction Manager - Capital Projects

As a Construction Manager of Capital Projects with Hines, you will act as the Owner’s representative, managing all activities associated with infrastructure improvement projects across Manhattan and East region, while adhering to the project schedule, budget, and ownership requirements. This role requires expertise in engineering systems, a thorough grasp of project management processes, and proficiency in essential skill sets such as leadership, organization, time management, communication, and client service.
