Job Description

Basic Job Functions:

  • Job-site analysis, trouble shooting, and contractor support for NIPG products including quality assurance,product claims and building diagnostics.
  • Manages the customer contact and develops relationships with customers to provide information orinstruction on detailing and installation practices for NIPG products.
  • Deliver installation training for installers/contractors.
  • Conduct thorough warranty inspections and develop detailed and effective field reports.
  • Ability to speak to code compliance and has the ability to see cause and effect of installation process and theeffects on the IMP product.
  • Understanding of detailing and installation processes required to make a successful connection of the IMP tothe building envelope.
  • Communicates and reports observations and maintain records.
  • Working with peers and supporting management in a way that leads to a culture of best outcome for NIPG
  • Support the goals of Nucor.
  • Demonstrate courteous and professional business etiquette.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs to heights of 100ft or more.
  • Ability to work at heights for long hours and comfortable walking on roofs.
