- 4-year course graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in written and oral English
- Currently residing in Metro Manila is preferred
- Willing to work in Pioneer Highlands, Mandaluyong City
- Ensure that job vacancies are posted on various websites and job portals.
- Source suitable applicants for various vacancies of clients through responses from advertisements, referrals, and job portals
- Conduct pre-screening of resumes and initial interview of applicants
- Communicate with applicants regarding their requirements and documents
- Check the authenticity of documents and consistency of information provided by the candidate
- Orient suitable applicants on the employer's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits, and life abroad
- Process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
- Communicate with the applicant, POEA processing specialist, visa team, and client to meet the target deployment date
- Prepare documentary requirements needed for the VISA and Overseas Employment Certificate of the candidate
- Conduct final briefing to all departing workers
