Job Descriptions:

  • Fund Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end fund onboarding process, including due diligence, internal approvals, and cross-departmental coordination for product launches.

  • Investment Support: Provide RMs with technical advisory on fund selection and portfolio construction to drive AUM and revenue growth.

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the fund lifecycle by managing transactions, monitoring performance, and executing mandatory annual due diligence reviews.

  • System Optimization: Define business requirements and conduct UAT for fund systems to streamline operational and sales workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in private banking, wealth management, or fund distribution.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of mutual funds, private funds, asset allocation, and risk-rating frameworks.

  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

  • Competencies: Compliance-focused with high attention to detail in document review and transaction monitoring.
