Job Description
The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is looking for a committed Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results, to own and drive stakeholder development and Quality performance across the network. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature and drives a large part of the Customer Experience foundation core.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with FC and IXD program stakeholders to drive network standardization
- Own integration and development of standard work
- Seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind executive level policies.
- Partner with teams across the business you are aligned to and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Work with Field Operations to improve knowledge and improve Quality, while also prioritizing productivity, safety and identify growing trends.
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.)
- Solve vague, complex problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Work with program managers, business leadership teams, business analysts, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Up to 50% travel required, 100% during Peak season.

- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g. definition of accurate network expansion plans, vendor development, quality assurance, design and cost improvement, team and stakeholder engagement)
