
Executive Housekeeper
Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and help create memorable stays for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and storage areas
• Maintain brand cleanliness standards and ensure rooms are inspection-ready
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members
• Create schedules and manage labor productivity to support operational goals
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering of housekeeping supplies and linens
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and maintenance standards are met
• Partner with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, engagement, and guest service
What We’re Looking For
• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team when needed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience with hotel brand standards and housekeeping systems is a plus
