Job Description
- Enable Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers to successfully onboard onto Google Marketing Platform products: DV360, CM360, and SA360.
- Coordinate internal resources across functional areas to fulfill customer needs, and create training strategies and learning agendas for client onboarding.
- Participate in pre-sales activities with Account Executives (AEs) where needed to ensure continuity post-sale.
- Build and maintain knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, their integrations, and how they work with Google Cloud.
- Maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, better enable their success with tools, and serve as a liaison between clients and product teams to communicate roadmaps and feedback.
