Job Description
As a Revenue Manager, you are responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing a revenue strategy that focuses on maximizing revenues for your assigned portfolio of properties (25 properties). You will lead Revenue Strategy meetings directly with hotel management and will recommend price and selling strategies to optimize revenues by obtaining the best mix of business through various distribution channels. Through analysis and reporting, you will ensure that market trends and competitor activity are fully identified and evaluated to make the best pricing decisions on behalf of hotel owners.
