Job Description
Join our IT team as a Desktop Administrator Lead! In this role, you’ll handle high-level escalations, manage tickets, and support critical IT tasks with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities include account management, inventory control, image updates, vendor coordination, and assisting with property openings. You’ll work closely with IT leadership on QA reviews, software rollouts, hardware refreshes, and team training. As the final escalation point before management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
This role is based at our Corporate Office located in New Albany. This role also has some on-call/after-hours responsibilities.
