People & Culture Generalist / Representative

Our dairy cooperative is looking for a People & Culture Generalist or Representative to join our team! We are looking for the best fit for our team. This is one position and we are looking for an experienced P&C Generalist but are willing to train the right person. The P&C Generalist/ Representative partners with other departments to provide P&C support and assist them in reaching core business goals.  The P&C Generalist performs a wide range of P&C related duties including but not limited to recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, consulting with and coaching leaders on employee performance matters, policy interpretation, performance management, assistance with benefits questions, training, HRIS administration and ensuring compliance with Federal and State law.
