Retail and Brand Experience Manager
Job Description
As a Brand Experience Manager at Cabot, you will be pivotal in creating a best-in-class customer experience that fosters consumer love and loyalty while aligning with the broader company objectives. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the Cabot brand story, managing the Waterbury retail location, and supervising a team to ensure exceptional customer service and community engagement. Additionally, you will oversee vendor and distributor management, new product acquisition, and product mix management, with a focus on Vermont specialty foods, B Corp products, and farmer-owner products. Your role will also involve planning and executing in-store experiences, including food and beverage demos, to provide immersive and engaging customer interactions.
