管理耐销品、跨境电商、快消、医疗、电子及时尚等多类业务仓储需求
针对不同品类特性，制定差异化仓储策略与操作标准
平衡效率、合规与风险控制
Manage warehousing requirements across consumer durables, cross‑border e‑commerce, FMCG, medical, electronics and fashion categories
Define differentiated storage and handling strategies per category
Balance efficiency, compliance and risk control
合规与风险管理｜Compliance & Risk Management
建立以合规为导向的仓储管理体系（如医疗、跨境、电器类要求）
确保仓储运作符合内部政策与外部法规
提升团队对风险与审计要求的认知和执行能力
Establish compliance‑driven warehouse management frameworks
Ensure warehouse operations meet internal policies and external regulations
Strengthen team awareness on risk control and audit readiness
仓网规划与网络管理｜Warehouse Network Management
支撑仓储网络从单仓向轴辐式、五仓联动模式转型
制定库存分布与仓间协同原则
从“管仓”升级为“管仓网”
Support transition from single warehouse to hub‑and‑spoke, multi‑site network
Define inventory allocation and inter‑warehouse coordination rules
Evolve from site management to network management
组织与能力建设｜Organization & Capability Building
评估并升级仓储团队的能力结构，适应新业务发展
建立标准化、系统化的管理与培训机制
推动现代仓储管理理念与工具的应用
Assess and upgrade team capability structure to meet future needs
Build standardized, systematic management and training mechanisms
Drive adoption of modern warehouse management practices and tools
Education / 教育背景
大学本科（985/211），供应链管理、物流等相关专业优先
Experience / 經驗
10 年以上仓储/物流/供应链管理经验
熟悉多品类、多合规场景的仓储管理要求
具备仓网规划、组织管理及变革推动能力
Other skills /其他技能
良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力
英语读写能力良好
具备流程优化、数据分析与问题解决能力
适应快节奏、变化多的业务环境
