Job Description

Main Tasks

Customer Development and Maintenance

- Develop new customers (research institutes, hospital pathology departments,biopharmaceutical companies, etc.), maintain existing customer relationships,and establish long-term cooperation.

- Regularly visit customers to understand the needs of scientific research and provide customized microscope solutions (e.g. confocal, super-resolution, electron microscopy, XRM, etc.).

Sales target achievement

- Completing quarterly/annual sales targets assigned by the company, tracking order fulfillment and payback process.

- Analyze market trends and competitors' dynamics and formulate targeted sales strategies.

Technical Support and Training

-Provide product demonstrations, application training and after-sales support to customers in collaboration with the technical team. o Answer customers'questions about microscope performance, application training, and after-sales support.

- Answer customers' technical questions about microscope performance, imaging software, and supporting consumables.

Market Activity Participation

- Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and technical seminars to enhance brand influence.

- Collect customer feedback, promote product optimization or new product development proposals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience

- Minimal 3 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market,ideally similar target markets preferred.

Livedand worked in the regions.

- Imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences would be a big plus.

- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Work results-oriented

Analyzing and reporting regional sales data

Use of computer software

Understanding foreign trade contracts

Team players

English language skills: Fluent in speaking, proficient in writing , reading and listening
