Location: McLean, VA
- Direct the activities of Task 2 staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Provide overall task management, aligning work activities with organizational and mission objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for Task 2 performance and deliverables.
- Apply insight into administrative and operational functions to streamline workflows.
- Ensure staff compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure Task 2 operations support broader strategic goals.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and certify alignment with priorities.
- Leadership-Oriented & Strategic – Guides staff effectively while aligning operations with mission goals.
- Process-Focused & Detail-Oriented – Ensures efficient, accurate execution of administrative and operational functions.
- Collaborative & Mission-Driven – Works closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Proactive & Accountable – Anticipates challenges and ensures timely delivery of results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 0–15+ years of experience in task management, administrative operations, or program leadership (multi-discipline levels available).
- Proven ability to manage staff, oversee deliverables, and align operations with strategic objectives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD operations.
- Familiarity with federal task order management practices.
- Certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
