Responsibilities:
Ensure a building's core technical systems—such as HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and plumbing—operate safely and efficiently. Bridge design and construction by overseeing the installation, testing, and regulatory compliance of all facility services.
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Review engineering drawings, calculate equipment loads, and prepare detailed schematics or technical specifications.
- Site Supervision: Monitor installations to ensure they strictly adhere to project blueprints, budget, and local building codes.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between architects, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical clashes on-site.
- Cost & Quality Control: Assist the Quantity Surveying (QS) team by estimating costs, verifying materials, and controlling wastage.
Testing & Handover: Supervise the testing and commissioning (T&C) of equipment prior to final building occupancy.
