In this role, you will serve as a trusted advocate and liaison, seamlessly coordinating services with various agencies and educational institutions to provide a comprehensive support system for our youth. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate will be crucial in ensuring their educational, therapeutic, and aftercare needs are addressed holistically.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident placement needs and maintain effective communication with all involved parties
- Complete required intake paperwork for youth within the specified timeline
- Maintain accurate and timely records, and bill indirect client contacts weekly
- Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate school and vocational matters for residents
- Schedule review meetings for all youth, complete review paperwork, and obtain necessary signatures
- Transport and participate in youth court appointments and evaluations
- Arrange and schedule youth visits and passes, communicating with relevant parties
- Coordinate discharge planning and make appropriate referrals for support services
- Attend meetings as requested, participate in team meetings, provide crisis management services, and obtain required staff training hours
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is required
- Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Chauffeurs license (Class E)
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
- Chauffeurs license (Class E)
