Preadmissions RN

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse Pre Admissions   GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:  To collaborate and communicate with the surgical team and primary providers, obtain medical clearances and preoperative testing to ensure patient is screened and assessed before surgery. The preadmission nurse coordinates a seamless surgical experience for patients across the continuum of care, ensuring that all preoperative requirements are met for safe and effective outpatient procedure while striving to communicate and interact with others in a professional, responsible, cooperative and positive manner at all times.

  REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current RN License.   CPR required.   ACLS required. Minimum one year of clinical experience.
