Your Role at Cabot
This will be a great opportunity to gain basic knowledge and experience in the Accounts Payable and Purchasing department, working alongside experienced professionals.
How You Will Make an Impact
Accounts Payable
Printing Invoices – Print invoices for specific regions (e.g., France, Spain, Italy).
Processing Simple Invoices – Enter basic invoice details into the companys system
Matching Invoices – Help match invoices with purchase orders – to boost Invoice Smash usage
Email Handling – Forward or sort invoice-related emails to the correct team members
Purchasing
Acknowledgement follow ups – reach out to the suppliers via email to acknowledge the receipt of our purchase orders
Delivery follow ups – reach out to the suppliers via email to provide info on possible delivery dates of requested items
Various information gathering form suppliers – reach out to suppliers to provide various missing information Cabot needs to maintain them in our systems
What You Will Bring to Cabot
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Willingness to learn about accounting and procurement processes
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
Additional Information
Paid summer job: 780 EUR/gross
Employment duration: 1 month (June)

Eligibility
