Your Role at Cabot

This will be a great opportunity to gain basic knowledge and experience in the Accounts Payable and Purchasing department, working alongside experienced professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact

Accounts Payable

  • Printing Invoices – Print invoices for specific regions (e.g., France, Spain, Italy).

  • Processing Simple Invoices – Enter basic invoice details into the companys system

  • Matching Invoices – Help match invoices with purchase orders – to boost Invoice Smash usage

  • Email Handling – Forward or sort invoice-related emails to the correct team members

Purchasing

  • Acknowledgement follow ups – reach out to the suppliers via email to acknowledge the receipt of our purchase orders

  • Delivery follow ups – reach out to the suppliers via email to provide info on possible delivery dates of requested items

  • Various information gathering form suppliers – reach out to suppliers to provide various missing information Cabot needs to maintain them in our systems

What You Will Bring to Cabot

  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

  • Willingness to learn about accounting and procurement processes

  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility

Additional Information

  • Paid summer job: 780 EUR/gross

  • Employment duration: 1 month (June)

Eligibility

  • Scholars aged 15 to 20 years (up to 12th grade) are eligible to apply

  • Working hours: 35 hours or 40 hours per week (based on applicants age)
