Your Role at Cabot

We are looking for a motivated student with an interest in finance and accounting to join our finance department. This will be a great opportunity to gain basic knowledge and experience in finance and internal controls, working alongside experienced professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Data entry – assisting with data entry into the system, e.g., invoice, expense and bank transaction tracking.

  • Document preparation – assisting in preparing and reviewing documents, e.g., simple versions of financial reports.

  • Excel tasks – assisting in creating, updating, or reviewing simple Excel documents and spreadsheets.

  • Assisting with daily accounting tasks – helping in preparing journal entries (Excel), assisting with fixed asset inventory, and supporting fixed asset tracking and organization.

  • Review of internal control compliance.

  • Team support – assisting team members with various administrative tasks.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

  • Basic knowledge of mathematics or economics.

  • Willingness to learn about finance and accounting processes.

  • Basic skills in working with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

  • Curiosity.

Additional Information:

  • Paid summer job: 780 EUR/gross.

  • Employment duration: 1 month - June.

Eligibility

  • Scholars aged 15 to 20 years (up to 12th grade) are eligible to apply

  • Working hours: 35 hours or 40 hours per week (based on applicants age)
