Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment. This role involves answering inquiries, conducting pre-screen assessments, verifying insurance, coordinating intake appointments, and guiding clients and families through the admission process. The Admissions Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and supportive transition into care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, or addiction treatment preferred

• Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
