- Provide continuous overnight supervision to ensure camper safety and well-being
- Support positive cabin dynamics and a respectful, inclusive environment
- Guide evening routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest preparation
- Collaborate with the Camp Director and fellow counselors to support daily operations
- Facilitate safe, engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Enforce camp expectations and resolve conflicts with care and fairness
- Follow emergency protocols and support camper health and dietary needs
- Serve as a positive mentor and role model
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in dynamic situations
- Experience working with youth in camp, education, or recreation settings
- CPR/First Aid certification
