Summer Camp Director (PRN – Summer)
JOB SUMMARY
The Summer Camp Director leads the daily operations of the Earth, Wind, Water Camp, creating a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for all participants. This role oversees camp counselors and activity leaders, plans and implements age-appropriate programming, and manages scheduling and task delegation. The Director ensures adherence to camp policies, monitors activities, and prepares for emergency situations with thoughtful planning and care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (meteorology, environmental science, or weather phenomena)
