About the Lab and Institution : The Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital is recruiting a Senior Research Manager for AI to contribute to innovative research using large-scale clinical and imaging datasets and ongoing trials. The Rothschild BRAINLab in Visual and Computational Neurosciences , under the direction of Prof. Dan MILEA , operates within a rich clinical and research environment, including the new Institute of the Optic Nerve and Glaucoma , multiple Ophthalmic and Neuroimaging departments, and collaborations with a dedicated Data Science Center and a Reading Center . The lab maintains strong national and international collaborations with leading centers worldwide. This position is intended for an experienced researcher with a strong track record in AI-based medical research, capable of contributing to ambitious multidisciplinary studies in neuro-ophthalmology and neurology. Key responsibilities : Design, coordinate and manage research projects in AI for neuro-ophthalmology and neurology, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with ophthalmologists/neurologists, computer scientists, clinicians, and technical staff to facilitate the development and implementation of AI models and Computer Vision algorithms to extract insights from ophthalmic big data and oculomics. Participate to the research, regularly evaluate project results and suggest improvements Manage and analyze large-scale clinical and imaging datasets, ensuring quality, reproducibility, and adherence to data governance standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret results and ensure scientific rigor. Ensure effective communication between the various departments involved in the projects. Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific meetings.
