Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Regional Manager to join our growing Pediatric Dental Practice. The ideal candidate is an experienced and dependable leader with strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal abilities, sound decision-making skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while creating a positive experience for both patients and team members.

About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play an essential role in overseeing daily operations across multiple pediatric and orthodontic clinics within the San Antonio and South Texas region. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets across assigned clinics
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting Office Managers
- Conducting regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for efficiency and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, regulatory, and company standards
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports
- Addressing escalated patient concerns, incident reports, and operational issues
- Traveling daily between clinics in the San Antonio and South Texas area
Requirements
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll systems
- Ability to quickly learn dental software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
- Commitment to OSHA safety guidelines and office procedures
- Must be comfortable with daily travel between office locations
Preferred Qualities
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or multi-site operations management
- Strong coaching and team development skills

- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
