Job Description
Role: Senior operation processor
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Processing of Structured & Wealth management transactions initiated by Wealth Management department. Ensure Adequate record maintenance, Reconciliations of portfolios, MIS reporting, system improvements. For WM, ensure timely settlements; update correct NAV, posting of vouchers, ensure proper allocation of Units and cash for subscription/redemption. Provide support to FX, MM & CM teams.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Verify and Process WM transactions end to end, after proper verification of source documents.
- Monitoring daily settlements, periodic returns, accounting entries, follow ups in case of non-receipt of due funds and Securities. Ensure timely settlements, update correct NAV, proper allocation of Units and cash for subscription/redemption
- Manual posting of vouchers for WM primiparity and, FX, MM and Capital Markets and derivatives products as and when support required.
- Adhere to ADIB policies, procedures, sharia guidelines, and standards
- Support on Capital Market and Derivatives products processing.) PRS, Options etc.)
- Checking reconciliation of transactions / accounts / GL’s, taking corrective action on outstanding items and escalate any long outstanding items.
- Perform month end activities
- Periodically evaluate the TIFO operational processes and recommend to line management, suitable changes to improve efficiency and controls
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, good team spirit and service standards.
- Undertake any additional assignment / task entrusted by line management and complete them on target dates.
- Provide support to other units (FX, MM, CM)
- Maintain proper and organized filing of department records including all new agreements received from business (preparing new templates). Arrange to send records to CCU for archiving.
- Undertake training programs to improve knowledge in order to enhance role performance
- Maintain proper time standards, good team spirit and service standards
- Ensure compliance to ADIB policies, procedures, sharia guidelines and standards.
- Assist to earn satisfactory audit rating from regulators, Internal Audit and Sharia
- Undertake additional assignments/projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per target dates.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Profound knowledge towards TIFO products, preferably Investments / WM
