Our Manager of Engineering Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Coordinate maintenance functions with other departments.
Use work order system to assign work to maintenance staff and track work orders.
Assist with scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency utility outages.
Assist in creation of procedures.
Assist with monitoring of compliance with regulatory agencies (State Department of Health, OSHA, NFPA, and current accrediting agency).
Coordinate/manage purchase orders for maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associate's Degree Engineering or related field - Preferred
5 years Relevant engineering or construction field - Required
5 years Relevant hospital maintenance or construction - Required
10+ years Relevant hospital maintenance or construction - Preferred
Trade License - Preferred
Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt - Preferred
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) - American Hospital Association Certification Center - Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute - Preferred
