You will work closely with your team in a fast-paced environment and receive training to advance your career. Set up, adjust, and operate web offset printing presses Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output Make necessary color or register adjustments Replace press rollers using hand tools Troubleshoot and maintain press equipment for optimal performance What We’re Looking For: Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of web offset printing presses Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail Communication & Leadership: Strong teamwork skills, leadership experience preferred Industry Knowledge: DMP, RLI, and COMN experience desired Physical & Technical Requirements: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally and 10-25 lbs. frequently Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours) Technical Skills: Ability to read job tickets, perform maintenance, read a micrometer, and use basic math & computer skills Ready to take the next step in your career?
