Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Specialist Finance in Cards Reconciliations
Type of employment: temporary position, 1 year (until 30.04.2027.)
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reconcile general ledger accounts;
Investigate discrepancies related to card transactions;
Participate in month end closing processes according to the reporting schedule;
Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
Participate in projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
Previous experience in accounting;
Good computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
General understanding of ERP systems;
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Very good communication and collaboration skills;
Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
Improvement driven mindset and strong team player skills.
