We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Provide world-class customer service to all NAVEX customersProactively reach out to existing customers to initiate and coordinate migration efforts, clearly communicating the benefits of transitioning from legacy platforms to NAVEX solutionsSet expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate our customers to deliver within scope and on timeCoordinate internal and external resources via verbal and written communication for the flawless execution of customer projectsManage multiple implementation projects, prioritizing project responsibilities, executing project deliverables and tracking projects to successful completionMaintain accurate customer and project recordsConfigure customer software using proprietary toolsProvide project status updates and reliable project completion forecasting to your team manager at regularly scheduled meetings and as requestedMaintain individual Key Performance targetsBe present in the NAVEX office at least 2 days per weekWork on other exciting internal initiatives, as specified by your team managerWhat you’ll bring:2+ years of experience in a customer service, project management, and/or implementation roleExperience supporting North American customers via phone and emailSuperior verbal and written communication skillsA high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, consistently reliable and accountableThe ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environmentThe ability to learn and assimilate new information quicklyFlexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment and contribute to a growing teamThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlinesThe ability to foster customer relationshipsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and SalesforceCulture Agility. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
