You will work directly with the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and senior leaders across the business on NAVEX's most important strategic priorities: from defining where the company goes next, to driving the cross-functional programs that get it there. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Lead and own high-priority strategic initiatives across the business from scoping through execution, delivery, and institutionalizationDrive cross-functional accountability by establishing operating cadences, governance models, and execution frameworks that enable sustainable resultsPartner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to lead and operationalize critical company-wide programsShape NAVEX’s mid-and-long term strategic direction across markets, products, customer segments, and adjacent growth opportunitiesBuild and lead corporate development capabilities, including market scanning, M&A target identification, and build/buy/partner evaluationOwn competitive intelligence and market analysis efforts, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholdersSupport investor relations and Board engagement activities by developing strategic presentations, updates, business narratives, and executive communicationsEnsure the CEO is strategically prepared and aligned for internal and external stakeholder interactionsChampion AI-led transformation initiatives across the organization to improve scalability, productivity, and operational effectivenessIdentify, evaluate, and drive deployment of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions across business functionsDesign and implement scalable operational solutions by identifying organizational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and execution gapsWhat you’ll bring:Master’s degree in business or related field preferred12+ years of experience in McKinsey/Bain/BCG/Kearney/Oliver Wyman/EY Parthenon and/or corporate strategy, growth strategy, or related rolesProgressive leadership experience scaling operations in a high-growth environmentExperience in SaaS or Technology is preferredProven ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes across a complex global organizationStrong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skillsExperience with strategic planning, business intelligence, and operational frameworksStrong executive communication and cross-functional influence skillsAbility to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication that translates complexity into clarityCulture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-throughAI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomesFuel performance and outcomes.
