Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team

Major Responsibilities:

  Specific duties will include the duties of shift technicians but will take the lead in breakdown scenarios, fulfill certain administrative functions.

Prompt response and attendance to calls or as directed by Property manager/. Make best endeavor to resolve requests/complaints by the clients while maintaining most courteous composure and adhering to standard engineering practices at all the time. Escalating non resolving calls immediately. Carry out PPM routines as per the schedule and fill up checklists of all equipment & Systems at O & M, as per 52 Week PPM Schedule. Maintain and update various logs, records and other operational documents. Keep an eye for defects, short comings in the systems and report immediately along with suggestions, if any to superiors for making entries in the snag list. To work as the shift technician in a 9 hour shift pattern in General Shift with one weekly OFF.

Qualification

ITI & Diploma Electrical

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

• Experience in ndustrial plants, factories, warehouses, refinery, preferred

Work Experience  

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

Compensation : Commensurate with market
