Job Description
- You can expect to learn many aspects of Workforce Management that our clients engage in.

- We provide guidance/coaching through our mentoring program where we make sure everyone is highly-skilled to perform their responsibilities excellently.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports and publishes them within the prescribed frequency and timelines.
- Maintain databases and understands data visualization.
- Maintain employee performance scorecards.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure that data flows smoothly to ensure seamless support to our stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to clean, analyze, and format data, as well as create customized reports.
- Possesses a solid working knowledge of the MS Power Platform and excels in creating dashboards using data storytelling techniques.
- Has experience with automation using VBA and SharePoint lists, and other relevant database structures
