
Senior Executive-Workforce Management-WFM
Job Description
A specialized WFM team member that is responsible in accurately generating and uploading an employee's work hours to ensure proper and on-time payroll processing in compliance with the company and local labor laws.
Data Analysis: Analyze WFM and MIS data to ensure company and local labor law compliance.
Timekeeping Calculations: Calculate payable hours, including deductions, overtime, and holiday pay, to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
Reporting: Generate timely reports using Microsoft Office tools and Power Automate. Review timekeeping data for accuracy, verify proper calculation, and maintain audit trails.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather information and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with MS Excel basic knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, decisive and successful problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment.
- The ability to work flexible shifts is essential.
- Basic understanding of workforce management fundamentals and best practices.
