Description for Internal Candidates
 

Essential Functions

Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof.
Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical.
Conduct awareness trainings on Information Security and company policies and procedure

Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Technical Skills
o Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, and MS Project)
o Basic Internet / Email usage
Process Specific Skills
o Knowledge of Quality Management methodologies.
o Internal/External Compliance or audit experience is required
Soft skills
o Good knowledge of Compliance/certification related standards like SAS70, SOX 404, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCIDSS etc.
o Attention to detail
o Commitment and drive for results
o Good interpersonal skills
o Ability to handle pressure
Soft Skills (Minimum)
o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
o Customer Service Focus - Ability to clearly understand the problem of customer and empathize with him/her.
o Strong networking capability and interpersonal skills
o Strong Quantitative / Numerical Aptitude
o Persistence and result oriented person
