Job Description

At least 6 months related work experience in Onboarding processing with scope in: Requirements gathering, tracking submitted documents, chasing of pending requirements Reporting experience for documents status Basic knowledge and experience in back-end HR : Background check process, Statutory process, HR relations policy, Basic knowledge and experience in local Compliance policy and international Compliance policy. Basic knowledge and exposure in facilitating HR audits and any similar experience pertaining compliance. MS Outlook: Compose email and ability to articulate thoughts into a formal email writing MS Teams: Online scheduling meetings internal and outside compliance team Data gathering and presenting the data to a small - medium group of audience Basic MS Excel functions (PVOT, VLOOOK UP, Graphs and Data Analysis Tool),knowledge on the parts of an Excel, and short cut keys. Basic experience in HRIS, ATS, or other HR tools
