Role Overview TikTok Shop is looking for a leader to help us build our business and drive the growth of our category. The lead will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and lead a team of category managers. They will be responsible for identifying the needs of the business, partnering with cross-functional partners and allocating appropriate resources to drive sustained growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the Mass Acquisition & Incubation business in the Collectibles category;
- Acquire and incubate Collectible Mass Acquisition & Incubation sellers and partners to support category growth;
- Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into brands' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock Mass Acquisition & Incubation's potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and shoptab
- Navigate ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;
- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience of owning P&L; strong knowledge and experience in mass seller management and operation
- Strong interpersonal skills; customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and analytical skills
- Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories
- Solid experience in people management, leading a diverse team
