As a Sales Representative, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland. 
 

Place of work: Regional Office / assigned sales territory – Wielkopolskie and/or Lubuskie voivodeships
 

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
  • Acquiring new payment card acceptance clients within the assigned territory and managing existing customers within the company’s business portfolio
  • Conducting meetings with current and potential clients, building new business relationships, and providing post-sales customer support
  • Defining detailed terms of cooperation and ensuring their implementation in compliance with applicable laws and internal company standards
  • Preparing reports and commercial offers, monitoring the market and competitors’ activities, and developing long-term business relationships
  • Participating in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales (door-to-door), supported by measurable sales successes
  • Valid category B driving license and readiness to travel
  • Confident daily use of a computer (Microsoft Office and sales support tools, including CRM systems)
  • High personal culture, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent time management, independence, goal-oriented mindset, and presentation skills
  • Well-developed sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
  • At least secondary education
