About the role
You will be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team in a matrix organization and will report to our Talent Acquisition Manager based in Romania.
You will be responsible for delivering an amazing candidate experience when identifying top tier Technology talent for our divisions in Cluj and across all Europe.
What are your essential duties and responsibilities?
Source, access, interview and hire qualified candidates.
Manage end-to-end process: posting jobs, networking and sourcing across multiple candidate development channels, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process until making the final offer.
Build strong relationships with your Global Talent Acquisition team in EMEA, with multiple stakeholders in HR in the different countries and with the hiring managers toward a positive candidate experience.
Oversee the quality and compliance of the recruiting process from end to end and continue to make Wolters Kluwer a Diverse and Inclusive workplace where all are welcome.
Identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency and share your ideas.
Regularly gather Market Insight to make recommendations to hiring managers and HR team.
Lead the Recruitment Agency processes when needed.
Proactively you will source candidates to build network and talent pipelines .
Be a part of continous improvement projects in Talent Acquisition.
What would be great to see reflected in you as a person based on your experience?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field.
Relevant experience of talent acquisition recruiting in a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and/or software and solutions company.
Experience in recruiting AI & Digital Technology, Financial Services and Business Analytics.
Demonstrated strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with hiring managers.
Excellent follow through and sense of urgency.
Adaptability and flexibility to change with a strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, AI tools, and a recruitment CRM are a plus.
