YOUR MISSION

  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative graphic designs for Training products aimed at continuous design innovation.
  • Design graphic stories across categories
  • Guide junior graphic designers in the team
  • Integrate product and technical developments into graphic design
  • Contribute to the quality of products' design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
  • Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
  • Under the direction of the Product Leader, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively
  • Launch innovative graphic design ideas in line with specific product strategies
  • Identify functionality requirements and ensure accurate use of information technology systems in order to gain competitive advantage
  • Identify opportunities for design support in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer intimacy
  • Ensure that design activities leverage learning across the Puma organization
  • Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA’s intellectual property
  • In support of the Creative Director, help to manage the design team on a daily basis
  • Support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar and achieve set goals within business targets.

YOUR TALENT

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the Apparel/Footwear Graphic Design area
  • Experience in the Field of sportswear is a plus
  • Very good sense for colors, creativity and graphical talent
  • Knowledge with technical drawings and sketches     
  • Advanced illustration and typographic skills
  • Very good presentation skills
  • PC literate with Apple Mac, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must
  • Flexible and well organized Teamplayer
