Job Description
- Establish methodology, lead and drive planning and execution, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership and deliver landings of large-scale Software programs (20-40 tracks/teams, crossing multiple organizations boundaries).
- Demonstrate ownership and technical judgement, identifying risks, ensuring end-to-end design alignment and high quality Software systems.
- Move beyond execution and task management to identify opportunities for process and architecture/design improvements, ensuring improvements and learnings are re-engineer development, qualification and deployment frameworks, defining and operationalizing process improvements and automation to achieve repeatable results.
- Navigate ambiguity to align leadership across internal and external organizations, driving consensus on complex initiatives.
