We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a key position for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best solutions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM systems experience is a plus)
