3. Hermeticidad y calidad del ensamble
En lighting automotriz es crítico garantizar:
- Sellado contra agua y polvo (IP67 / IP69K)
- Control de fugas (air decay, helium, bubble test)
- Relación soldadura–condensación interna
- Robustez a ciclos térmicos y vibración
4. Normativas y estándares automotrices
El perfil debe conocer y aplicar:
- IATF 16949
- Core Tools:
- APQP
- DFMEA / PFMEA
- Control Plan
- SPC
- MSA
- Requerimientos OEM (VDA, CSR específicos)
- Auditorías internas y de cliente
- Trazabilidad y control de cambios
5. Ingeniería de procesos y desarrollo
Conocimiento sólido en:
- Desarrollo y validación de procesos (PPAP)
- DOE para ventana de proceso
- Capacidad de proceso (Cp, Cpk)
- Run@Rate
- Análisis de causa raíz (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
- Industrialización de nuevos programas
6. Equipo y automatización
Deseable experiencia con:
- Equipos Branson, Herrmann, Dukane, Emerson, Bielomatik, etc.
- Integración en líneas automatizadas
- Sensores de proceso y monitoreo en tiempo real
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo básico
- Interacción con robótica y visión artificial
