About the Position
As a Shop Sales Associate I, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers, significantly shaping their shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be the expert consultation and sale of products and services, particularly in the telecommunications and mobile communications sector. Leveraging your strong communication and service orientation, you will conduct successful sales discussions, identify individual customer needs, and present tailored solutions. Your closing strength and customer-centric approach will contribute significantly to the success of our shop and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven expertise in customer consultation
- Demonstrable sales success
- Excellent communication skills

- Good knowledge of telecommunications and mobile communications
- Proficiency in conducting sales conversations
- Strong closing ability
