Position Overview:

 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative sales of our construction education products while delivering exceptional customer experience. As an integral member of the Construction and Property Services team, this person in this role will leverage strong communication and persuasion skills, combined with a passion for helping others, to guide potential customers toward the right educational solutions for their contractor licensing needs. 

The ideal candidate has experience in phone-based sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. The Sales Associate can expect to spend their time engaging directly with prospects and customers through both inbound and outbound calls, understanding their career goals, addressing concerns, explaining product benefits, and guiding them through the purchase decision. They are also responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and participating in sales team initiatives. 

Prior sales experience is required, preferably in education or professional services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong character, ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, and a history of creating positive customer experiences. Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing is a plus.
