District Manager (Floral Gardens and Fountain West - 1415,1413)

This position is full time District Manger to supervise Floral Gardens (56) and Fountain West (72) in Selma and Fresno, CA. This position requires high level of organization, efficiency, knowledge of HUD program and TCAC program and ability to interface well with applicants and market units without subsidy. Must have experience with TCAC and Tenant-Based Section 8. Must have valid DL, DMV clearance and a reliable vehicle with own auto insurance. Must have REL or obtain one within 9 months of hire. Salary range: $70,304,640 - $110,500 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $70,304 - $89,250 per year, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
