Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative

About the Role

Join a growing leader in life safety solutions and take your sales career to the next level. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative, you’ll represent State Systems, Inc. across Central Arkansas, developing relationships with commercial and industrial clients and promoting fire sprinkler service offerings. This role combines technical knowledge, relationship-building, and a commitment to safety excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Establish contact with prospective and qualified buyers of system modifications and upgrades through sales calls, lead follow-up, and targeted marketing strategies.

  • Conduct site surveys to identify customer needs and effectively communicate State Systems’ capabilities and service offerings.

  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and ensure alignment with divisional goals.

  • Meet or exceed the key objectives of the annual commission plan.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry, preferably in sales or service.

  • Strong prospecting drive and proven ability to close business.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with end users and contractors.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Willingness to complete pre-employment background, reference, and drug screening.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
