Track Maintenance Worker (Seasonal)

- Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, and other repair needs related to the Harmar OTB. - Assists in repairs of kitchen equipment. - Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems. - General knowledge of OSHA requirements and understanding/compliance with safety procedures. - Maintains property appearance by repairing walls, floors, carpeting, and painted surfaces as needed. - Assists Maintenance department with projects as assigned. - Reports back to The Meadows Facility Manager regarding any major repairs. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
