Job Description
- Act as lead counsel supporting a key Federal Government cloud program of work on all transactional, compliance, and counseling issues.
- Provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of public sector matters, including Commonwealth, State, Territory, and local government technology procurements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex cloud and professional services agreements with public sector customers, channel partners, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate on emerging cloud regulations impacting cybersecurity and public sector cloud offerings in Australia.
- Develop and manage internal compliance controls for public sector contract commitments, procurement rules, and applicable law.
